Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator within the electromechanical industry. This role is perfect for someone with excellent organisational skills, a passion for providing outstanding customer support, and a keen technical understanding of electromechanical products and systems. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiency by coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners across the industry.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Coordination
- Assist the sales team by managing enquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders for electromechanical products and systems.
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical product information and support to clients, helping to identify suitable solutions based on project requirements and specifications.
- Monitor and update sales documentation, sales contracts, delivery notes, and relevant records in line with company policies and standards.
- Track sales orders from initiation to completion, addressing any issues related to order fulfilment, logistics, or product specifications promptly.
Required Skills – Sales Coordination, Technical Knowledge, and Communication
- Proven experience in a sales coordination, inside sales, or sales administration role within the electromechanical or related technical sector.
- Solid understanding of electromechanical systems, components, and industry applications is highly beneficial.
- Competent in using CRM platforms, ERP systems, and common productivity software (MS Office Suite).
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales coordination, technical sales support, or customer service function within the electromechanical, engineering, or industrial products sector.
- Familiarity with order processing, sales lifecycle management, and basic contract administration is an advantage.
