Key Responsibilities – HR Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll liaison, HRIS maintenance, records management and benefits administration.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing timely and clear responses to HR queries and ensuring excellent customer service.
Support recruitment activities by coordinating job postings, screening administrative tasks, candidate communication and offer processing in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
Maintain and improve HR systems and databases; ensure data integrity, timely updates and compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
Develop and present HR service proposals and process improvements to internal clients, using selling skills to influence adoption and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Identify operational bottlenecks and lead problem-solving initiatives to simplify workflows, reduce errors and increase efficiency.
Prepare and deliver regular operational reports and dashboards to HR leadership, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including probation reviews, performance documentation, contract changes and internal movements.
Collaborate with payroll providers and finance to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure accurate, timely salary processing.
Support implementation and testing of HR systems upgrades and integrations, working closely with IT and external vendors.
Required Skills – Selling Skills, Technical Knowledge, Communication
Proven selling skills with the ability to present HR process improvements and services persuasively to internal stakeholders and secure engagement.
Strong technical knowledge of HRIS platforms, data management best practices and HR operations. Experience with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR or similar is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical HR concepts clearly to non-specialists and produce accurate documentation.
Competence in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with reporting tools and basic data manipulation.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail, responsiveness and commitment to delivering high-quality HR services.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations, HRIS administration or similar HR generalist roles, preferably within multinational organizations.
Direct experience managing HR systems, employee data, onboarding and HR process improvements is required.
Familiarity with Egyptian labor law and local statutory requirements is beneficial.
