Key Responsibilities – Retail Sales Promotion

• Actively engage with customers on the shop floor to demonstrate products, explain technical features and benefits, and convert interest into sales.

• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate technical answers and recommend appropriate solutions that meet customer needs.

• Plan and execute promotional activities in-store, including product displays, demonstrations, sampling and point-of-sale merchandising to maximise visibility and sales.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities, upselling and cross-selling complementary items.

Required Skills – Selling Skills, Technical Knowledge, Communication

• Proven selling skills with experience in a retail or field promotion role; track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable.

• Technical knowledge of the product portfolio with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly to customers and translate technical detail into everyday value.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English; able to build rapport quickly with a diverse customer base. Additional language skills are advantageous.
