The Store Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and optimizing the ARFF AMC spare parts store at the Hyderabad factory. The role ensures effective inventory control, seamless logistics operations, and close coordination with procurement and after-sales teams to support uninterrupted service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, development, and operational readiness of a new ARFF AMC spare parts store at the Hyderabad facility.

• Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems through ERP, ensuring stock accuracy, traceability, and audit compliance.

• Coordinate spare parts sourcing with local and Dubai procurement teams to ensure timely availability of critical ARFF components.

• Manage end-to-end store operations including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.

• Establish and enforce best-in-class store practices such as FIFO/FEFO, material preservation standards, and safety compliance.

• Monitor inventory levels, identify slow- and non-moving items, and optimize stock holding to minimize working capital impact.

• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Dubai and local after-sales, service, and procurement teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and warehouse best practices

• Experience handling spare parts for technical or heavy equipment environments (ARFF preferred)

• Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills

• Strong analytical ability with focus on cost control and operational efficiency
