We are seeking a qualified and experienced DM Approved Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Certificate and active Society of Engineers (SOE) Membership. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, coordinating approvals, and supporting project execution in accordance with local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation for compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approvals, permits, inspections, and certifications.

• Ensure all project activities adhere to applicable codes, standards, and statutory requirements.

• Support project teams in resolving technical and regulatory issues.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with approved plans and specifications.

• Prepare and submit technical reports, approval documents, and authority correspondence.

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients regarding regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).

• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Certification.

• Active Society of Engineers (SOE) Membership.

• Experience in UAE construction, engineering, or authority approval processes.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and procedures.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience dealing with multiple UAE authorities and permit approvals.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
