Technical Sales Engineer – Passive Fire Protection System
Sales Engineer – Passive Fire: leverage technical fire protection know-how with consultative selling to win UAE/GCC projects, build lasting relationships, and exceed targets.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Engineer – Passive Fire. You will sell passive fire protection products and solutions, bring strong technical knowledge, and build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Passive Fire Protection products, including fire stopping systems, fireproofing solutions, fire-rated sealants, boards, coatings, wraps, and related items.
Develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and decision-makers.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to support specifications.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure delivery.
Provide technical support on product selection, application methods, and fire safety compliance.
Track pipelines, competitors, and market trends to uncover opportunities.
Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales and quotation records in CRM/ERP systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Passive Fire Protection, Fire Stopping, Fireproofing, or related construction products.
Solid knowledge of passive fire protection systems and standards such as UL, ASTM, BS, EN, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.
Experience with consultants, contractors, and major construction projects.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Ability to read project specifications and construction drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
