Job Summary

NAFFCO is seeking a highly analytical and people-oriented Offboarding Specialist to lead the company's employee exit management process. This role is responsible for conducting structured exit interviews, engaging with all departing employees, identifying the true reasons behind resignations, and providing actionable insights to management to improve employee retention.

Exit Interview Management

• Conduct face-to-face exit interviews (visit labor camps) with all resigning employees before their last working day.

• Ensure maximum participation from departing employees across all business units.

• Build trust and rapport to uncover genuine reasons for resignation rather than relying solely on official resignation letters.

• Identify whether employees are:

  • Joining competitors

  • Seeking higher salaries

  • Leaving due to supervisors or management

  • Career growth limitations

  • Accommodation or transportation concerns

  • Working conditions

  • Personal or family reasons

  • Other hidden factors

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the exit process.

Attrition Analysis

• Collect, verify and maintain detailed exit interview records.

• Identify trends in employee turnover by:

  • Department

  • Nationality

  • Supervisor

  • Business Unit

  • Location

  • Job Category

  • Competitor

  • Salary Band

• Track competitor hiring patterns and identify organizations attracting NAFFCO employees.

• Produce monthly attrition dashboards highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Employee Retention Support

• Escalate critical retention cases where employees may be retained.

• Identify high-performing employees who could be retained through internal intervention.

• Recommend improvements to employee engagement and retention strategies..
