Job Summary

NAFFCO is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide timely support, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and customer requests.

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve customer issues and follow up on pending requests.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and complaints.

• Monitor customer requests and ensure timely responses and resolutions.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.

• Support the team in maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documentation.

• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a related role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
